Unfortunately not. Due to liquor licensing restrictions there are no pass outs at the Oktoberfest in the Gardens, so make sure you bring in everything you’ll need for the day.
Due to the event being relatively open plan, tables in the beer hall are acquired on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Unfortunately not, this is an 18+ event and as much as we love animals, you cannot bring your pet to Oktoberfest in the Gardens. Service dogs are an exception. Please get in touch with us via the form below if you have any questions or enquiries about this.
Tickets to Oktoberfest in the Gardens are non-refundable and all ticketing is done through Moshtix.
Drinks are not included within the ticket price for all ticket types except VIP*, however drinks will be available for purchase at competitive prices at the event. We have a huge range of beer, cider, wine, spirits and more!

Yes, most food vendors are catering for the above food requirements. Simply ask food vendors on the day, and they will assist you.
Yes, however please note that only 1 companion card will be accepted for entry per paid ticket holder.
Tickets will not be issued for the companion prior to the event and the companion MUST arrive at the event along with the paid ticket holder. The companion must have a valid Companion Card on them along with valid ID to gain entry to the event.
Of course, Oktoberfest in the Gardens caters for all tastes!

Any unsold tickets will be available through the ticket booth near the main entry. Check back with us to confirm if any tickets are available a few days before the event.
All attendees will be asked to present a legal and approved form of photo identification at the event entry, after which you will be provided with a tamper-proof wristband. The only acceptable forms of identification are a current Australian driver’s licence (international driver’s licences won’t be accepted), State approved ‘Proof of Age’ card or a valid Passport.
Oktoberfest in the Gardens advises NOT to bring any other original documents such as your Birth Certificate.
If you can no longer attend an event, you can list your ticket for Resale via your Moshtix account! After your tickets are up for Resale, you will then be able to share your private link with other fans who can purchase your ticket from you.

Tickets can be purchased online through our event site or via our ticketing partner Moshtix. Once the event is sold out, there will be no more tickets available.
